Meet the Owner;
Cheryl Speerbrecker- Miner, RAUD, RHIP
Hello, My name is Cheryl and I am an Audiologist and owner of Kootenay Hearing Clinics in Trail and Castlegar, B.C.
I am originally from Saskatchewan but I received my Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology from Minot State University in North Dakota and my Master's degree in Audiology from San Jose State University in San Jose, California.
I purchased Kootenay Hearing Clinic in Trail, B.C. in 1996 and I opened Kootenay Hearing Clinic in Castlegar, B.C. in 1998.
I am truly passionate about my job! I love being able to help make a difference in the quality of people's lives. It is extremely gratifying. The best part of my job is hearing the excitement from a patient that has been able to hear their grandchildren again or someone who is able to go back to meetings and social gatherings that they have been avoiding because of their hearing loss.
People sometimes do not realize how much they are missing until we give them some hearing back via a hearing aid. Come and see us, it will be our absolute delight to help you hear the joyous sounds of life again!
